libpinyin upstream made a SOVERSION bump from 13 to 15, and I'm about to
upload libpinyin 2.7.92-2 to unstable with altered package names.

As a result there will be a need to upload maliit-keyboard with
libpinyin15-dev in Build-Depends instead of libpinyin13-dev. Please do
so soon once libpinyin 2.7.92-2 has been built in unstable.
