Dear Maintainer,

When using bind9 as caching forwarding server the logs will be flooded with
messages when a domain name is searched:

resolver priming query complete

Workaround is issuing a tracing dig command every hour or so:
dig google.de +trace

This behaviour will show up, when forwarders are set and the "forward first"
statement is present.

This behaviour has been reported and fixed before, but is still present in
buster.
