Package: openldap
Version: 2.5.13+dfsg
Dear maintainer,
It seems the passwd/totp plugin is not compiled and included within the
slapd-contrib package.
Enabling the plugin to be compiled seems trivial:
* Adding passwd/totp to the CONTRIB_MODULES variable in debian/rules.
* Adding usr/lib/ldap/pw-totp.so* and usr/lib/ldap/pw-totp.la to
slapd-contrib.install.
* Adding usr/share/man/man5/slapo-totp.5 to slapd-contrib.manpages.
Although it might be disputable if this is a bug, it's at least a
missing feature included in this version (of Debian) of OpenLDAP.
Could you please enable the plugin to be built?
Thanks!
Cheers,
Kees

So yes: the built-in module should work fine and therefore the contrib
module is not needed in my use case.
Thanks. Closing the bug in that case.
