sysvinit links -lcrypt. This library got recently split out of
libc6-dev. It still carries a transitional dependency, but for
bootstrapping we have to disable the dependency. Thus when building
sysvinit, it lacks -lcrypt. Please depend on libcrypt-dev explicitly to
enure that it always is there.
