I uploaded marble 4:22.08.3-2 with QtWebEngine to be optional.

While -2 looks better, wanna-build seems to have an issue with it. qtwebengine5-dev still causes the BD-Uninstallable status.

Since you intend to keep building marble on all release architectures, I'll close the bugreports.
