We are preparing for the transition to dpdk 22.11 LTS, which is
available in experimental. uhd currently fails to build.
The fix is very simple and I've already forwarded it upstream, and it
is backward compatible too (it will not cause issues with unstable).
I have opened an MR on Salsa, please consider applying it and
uploading it, there's no need to wait for the actual transition to
start - this will make our job easier when we do the transition as a
binary rebuild will be enough.
