Looks like one of the test suites tries to look up this domain to verify
it can parse historical data. Since network access is disabled, this
fails.
See the attached patch which disables this test suite, after which the
package builds successfully.
Also thanks for the quick response and applying the patch to
biojava4-live here the other day :)
