The kitty ssh integration (the ssh kitten, as documented at
https://sw.kovidgoyal.net/kitty/kittens/ssh/), fails on Debian.
As found at https://github.com/kovidgoyal/kitty/issues/5835 , it's an issue
specific to the Debian
packaging of kitty.
`kitty +kitten ssh` fails out of the box with:

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory:
'/usr/lib/kitty/terminfo/kitty.terminfo'.
It is possible to work around this error by copying the plaintext terminfo file
to
/usr/lib/kitty/terminfo/kitty.terminfo, and the compiled terminfo file to
/usr/lib/kitty/x/xterm-kitty .
