bowtie2 does not build for s390x any more. Thus optimir can't be run
successfully its autopkgtest. Please cleanup the archive from this
architecture to enable testing migration.

This is an arch:all package. You can't remove it from one architecture (and
this won't block migration). Closing the bug.
