After upgrading to version 13.2.10-1+fto10+1 I could no longer upload
images to issues in the issue tracker. A quick [search on the
internet][1] pointed me to a missing dependency on
`libimage-exiftool-perl`. Installing the package manually indeed
fixed the issue and I can now upload images again.
