Currently (2018-03-15) one can see that ace-window¹ hasn't seen a test since
2017-07-26 21:38:52 UTC. The last test had this:

I have seen that more often, but normally debci recovers from that situation
after a while.
This causes ace-window to be reported as failure in other places like the PTS,
while all but a couple of the other test runs were succesful. This is probably
a bug somewhere in debci-batch.
