pyparted fails to cross build from source, because it misses a build
dependency on libpython3-all-dev. The python3-all-dev dependency was
weakened using a :any annotation. While this annotation is necessary for
cross builds (and meaningless otherwise), it must be compensated by a
libpython3-all-dev dependency. I'm attaching a patch for your
convenience.
