As per #1032300, odoo-14 doesn't work in testing/unstable. 14.x is not
maintained anymore, 16.x will be uploaded to unstable once bookworm is
released, and later pushed to bookworm-backports, so there is no point
in having odoo-14 in bookworm at all.

I assume that you don't want the odoo source package removed from Unstable, so
you can upload it later? Assuming that's correct, the appropriate solution is
to file an RC bug against odoo-14 (so it gets removed rom Testing), not an rm
bug.
If that's wrong and you want the odoo source removed from Unstable and
Testing, please reopen the bug.
