Package: opencpn
Version: 5.6.2+dfsg-1~bpo11+2

When exiting, opencpn over time makes a long delay (minutes) before all related activities are completed.

The problem is not present direct after installation, it surfaces after having exited opencpn several times. Each time opencpn is exited, the problem gets worse.

This is upstream bug https://github.com/OpenCPN/OpenCPN/issues/3042. The
core reason is a line in the config file which gets duplicated, one more
line for each exit. When reported, the exit delay was > 10 minutes(!)
