The package was already orphaned (#1001000) back in December 2021
and it has been unmaintained since then. The package is not in
testing either because of 2 RC bugs - #1025979 and #1026491.
Since this is not being looked after and often blocks Ruby transitions
in one way or the other, I'd like to request its removal from the
archive.

puppet-beaker suggests and recommends no packages either.
