After upgrading to kde-workspace-bin 4:4.11.11-1 on an MSI U123 netbook there
are problems starting KDE.
After the login the normal row of icons starts and at the end 'after the
desktop icon' the screen turns black, and the following error message shows up
in the kern.log:

After 300 seconds the desktop finally appears but some windows do not work
properly and are not responsive when moving etc.

src:kde-workspace was last released with Debian 8 (jessie) in April 2015
and was removed from the Debian archive afterwards.
It has been superseded by Plasma 5.
