My understanding is that libtag1c2a has been replaced by libtag1v5:
lib1tagv5 conflicts and replaces libtag1c2a.
But gstreamer0.10-plugins-good still depends on libtag1c2a which leads
to installation conflicts with the packages that now depend on
libtag1v5.

gst-plugins-good0.10 was last released with Debian 8 (jessie) in April
2015 and has been removed from the Debian archive afterwards.

Regular security support for jessie ended in June 2018 and LTS support
ended in June 2020. I'm closing the remaining bug reports now.
