Hello,

Please follow the guidelines for new lists at
http://www.debian.org/MailingLists/HOWTO_start_list

After filing the request, it would be very much appreciated if several
other people interested in the new list would send a mail to the bug,
in order to record their interest.

I'm not sure what you are aiming now:

We have those localization-lists like:
debian-l10n-(arabic|basque|belarusian|....)

If you are aiming that you should ask for debian-l10n-saudi-arabic (?,
i'm not familiar if Saudi-Arabic is so distinct from Arabic that it
may require a seperate list). Looking at the archive,
debian-l10n-arabic looks mostly unused.

If you are looking for a list to connect (saudi-)arabic users you
should go for debian-user-arabic, as that one isn't not existing yet,
before splitting it down to countries)

Whatever you are going to, you'll have to proof that there are some
people out there to support and use it.

I close that request now, you may reopen it or file a new request,
when you know where you want to go. Maybe you should discuss a way
forward on one of the existing lists to get support right away.

Yours,
Cord, Debian Listmaster of the day
