Dear maintainers,

I have added a patch (attached) in order to build crossbuild-essential-loong64 for loongarch. Please discuss whether it is necessary to build crossbuild-essential-loong64_12.9_all.deb for loongarch. I will listen to the suggestions of the debian team.

Note that loong64 is just dpkg architecture determine the software packages name based on loongarch architecture. For example,
dpkg architecture: aarch64 → arm64, x86_64 → amd64, loongarch64 → loong64

thanks,
Dandan Zhang
