I have cronjob in crontab to automatically update my public keyring daily.

Everyone is saying that anacron will also run cronjobs in crontabs of
the users, if it's installed, but this doesn't seem to be happening.
This cronjob has been in my crontab for about week and it was only ran
on Sunday night, when this computer was running on special time, when
it's normally halted.

This issue has previously been discussed and resolved. For context,
anacron does not execute jobs in /etc/crontab. Jobs in /etc/anacrontab
are executed by anacron.
