Hello, please update the atomic patch to also include riscv64
if ((DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH STREQUAL "arm-linux-gnueabi") OR (DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH STREQUAL 
"mipsel-linux-gnu") OR (DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH STREQUAL "riscv64-linux-gnu"))

should do the trick.

In the meanwhile, gcc-13 supports native atomic without linking latomic, so 
this bug can be probably closed.
