we're trying to finalize the /usr-merge transition. In the process, I
ask you to move the remaining files from / to /usr. In your source
package, only one systemd unit is affected. Such a move violates the
file move moratorium. If you restructure this package after applying
this patch, please upload to experimental first. dumat[1] will look for
