it seems the voters on https://www.debian.org/vote/2019/vote_001 are not
recognised on contributors.debian.org.
On https://contributors.debian.org/contributor/ukleinek@debian/ it is
claimed I voted last time in April 2017, but I voted on both elections
since then:
https://www.debian.org/vote/2019/vote_001 (in April 2019)
https://www.debian.org/vote/2018/vote_001 (in April 2018)
I checked a few other accounts, and they seem to be affected, too.
(https://contributors.debian.org/contributor/paultag@debian/ claims
August 2016, but he also voted on this April's election. Ditto for
hartmans, joerg.)
