xjdic fails to cross build from source, because debian/rules hard codes
the build architecture compiler as gcc. Please use a cross compiler when
appropriate. A simple way to do so is letting dpkg's buildtools.mk
initialize $(CC). I'm attaching a patch for your convenience.
