This specific issue was last seen for 26.4.8-1 in
https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=galera-4&arch=hppa&ver=26.4.8-1&stamp=1622176513&raw=0
Since then the test failures have been something else, and the last
few uploads have all been building and passing tests fine, so closing
issue.
