I just got the NEWS flashed by apt-listchanges, copy/pasted the link and
noticed the file mentioned in NEWS.Debian.gz to not exist. On disk, the
file is compressed, so ideally the link should point to
/usr/share/doc/ovmf/howto-2M-to-4M-migration.md.gz
