I like to use the equivalent of 'xset m 3/2 0'. However, the Sensitivity
slider in gnome-mouse-properties only lets me set it as low as 'xset m
3/2 1'. Please decrease the minimum bound of the slider to 0.

dramatically since the bugs were reported that the bugs are no longer
relevant.
