Hello,
It would be great if, after changing the Unix password of an existing
user, the option "Use unix password" in the Samba section would
automatically become checked, as in 100% of cases so far when I update
the Unix password of an account I want to change the Samba password too.
(note: this option is on by default when creating new users, but not
when editing existing users).
Thanks

I opened a new feature request on our project page for you. The Debian
bug will be closed.

This is surely a good suggestion, I hope I have some time soon to
implement it.
Greetings,
