Dear Maintainer,
Package vlfeat build-depends on imagemagick. This dependency will be
satified when package graphicsmagick-imagemagick-compat (which provides
the virtual package imagemagick) is installed.
However, when the real package imagemagick is not installed, vlfeat
FTBFS, because it needs the file /etc/ImageMagick-6/policy.xml,
referenced in debian/rules. Actually, this file is in package
imagemagick-6-config, which is a dependency of imagemagick.
I think that "Build-Conflicts: graphicsmagick-imagemagick-compat" is
necessary for fixing the issue.
