A FTBFS problem with rust-python-pkginfo on mips64el (Bug#1066972) is
resulting in a long chain of packages failing to build on mips64el and
blocking migration to testing.

The problem needs to be fixed at the level of rust-python-pkginfo
(hence I filed Bug#1066972).

But in the meantime it would be helpful for pymatgen to simply drop it
from unstable (and testing) on mips64el so that updates, including the
fix for security bug CVE-2024-23346, can migrate to testing.

--- Begin Message --- The lower end problem is now fixed at the level of the rust package, enabling rebuild and resolving the problem.
So closing this ROM now.
