Hi,

as per bug #1063275 the time_t transition would be quite hard for the
r-bioc-htslib package. Since this kind of package is typically not used
on 32bit architectures I've just uploaded r-bioc-htslib restricted to
64bit architectures where time_t transition is not needed. Please
remove the binaries for 32bit architectures from the Debian archive.

I'm aware that r-bioc-htslib has has the following rdepends:

   r-bioc-rsamtools
   r-bioc-variantannotation
   r-bioc-shortread

I will file removal according requests for 32 bit architectures
successively to clean up the archive once I get a bug number for this
bug to keep it in CC.

Thanks a lot for your work as ftpmaster
   Andreas.

Removal was done yesterday. Not sure why the bug didn't get closed, so
closing manually.
