This leads to lp-solve built with internal libcolamd on mips* and
with external one otherwise because libufsparse isn't available there,
which is bad. Also it has some (minor) problem on openoffice.org, which
currently does use system-lpsolve (and system-libcolamd) and maybe will
get a MIPS port soon (in which case we then would need libufsparse on
mips, too, or do the same ugly workaround as at lp-solve)
