Recommend that Wishlist bug 727734 be closed. Package 'gauche' is/was available for arm64 systems.

Package 'gauche' is no longer available since bullseye:
    bullseye (oldstable) (lisp): Scheme script engine
    0.9.10-3: amd64 arm64 armel armhf i386 mips64el mipsel ppc64el s390x

Although it is available (armel and armhf) in sid
    sid (unstable) (lisp): Scheme script engine
0.9.14-5: alpha amd64 arm64 armel armhf hppa i386 m68k mips64el ppc64 ppc64el riscv64 s390x sh4
