ACPI is supported on some ARM64 platforms as of Linux kernel
version 4.1 (see <https://lwn.net/Articles/642039/>).  Maybe
it's time to enable this package to build on arm64, too.  I'm
not sure if it requires any upstream changes for ARM64.
