libu2f-udev has been an empty transitional package since Debian 11
(the version in Debian 10 had content). Please remove chromium-common's
"Recommends: libu2f-udev" or replace it with "Recommends: udev (>= 244)".
If no-changes backports to Debian 10 are required, the way to achieve
that would be "Recommends: udev (>= 244) | libu2f-udev", but that's
probably no longer interesting.
This will become RC when the transitional package gets removed (#1038319),
due to Recommends being in-scope for Policy ยง2.2.1.
