Package: v4l2loopback-dkms
Version: 0.12.5-1
Severity: important
X-Debbugs-Cc: [email protected]

Dear Maintainer,

I tried to install v4l2, but initially received the error upon loading kernel
module:
modprobe: FATAL: Module v4l2loopback not found in directory
/lib/modules/5.10.0-18-amd64

So per Gitbub instructions, I installed v4l2loopback-dkms, which should
auto-install the kernel modules, but it didn't. So I ran make, and received:
/lib/modules/5.10.0-18-amd64/build: No such file or directory.

Kind Regards,
Joseph

afaik, Debian 11.6 ("bullseye") never shipped a kernel-5.10.
you were probably running a kernel from buster on a later-upgraded system (so the relevant kernel-headers were no longer available).

therefore closing as "wontfix".
thanks.
