graphite-api FTBFS since 2022 and missed bookworm. Upstream looks
abandoned (last commit "7 years ago").

Nothing apparently depends on it.

If someone wants to keep it in Debian, please fix the FTBFS bug, work
on usrmerge moves, and close this bug.

I'll keep this bug tagged moreinfo for about a month, and then untag it
to proceed with removal.
