Dear Maintainer,

upstream provides documentation that can be built with sphinx. It would be nice
to have it available in a separate package (likely python-rich-doc).

The only minor issues I have spotted are a CDN-asset (Fira font) that can be
patched out and an intersphinx configuration that should use the objects.inv
file
from python3-doc instead of the online URL.

I can provide a patch if you would accept it.

Thanks,
Michael

thanks for this report, but i'm not going to be building this module
documentation. you can read it online or if you need it offline,
download it from the project website.
