With the new Motif-based version of xpdf (2.00) I am no longer able to
use fullscreen mode for presentations. When I start xpdf with the
fullscreen option it comes up without window decorations but:
1) The xpdf widgets (buttons, scrollbars, etc) are all there.
2) The KDE Panel is still visible. Thus, the xpdf window does not take
   up the full screen.

This seems to be related to the window manager used. This happens under
KDE (I'm running version 3.0.4). With a pure X server without ANY window
manager it works as expected.

I have been a regular user of xpdf for scientific presentations and
find it better than acroread for this purpose. To me, not being able to
use fullscreen mode in xpdf is a severe limitaion.
