After updating to 1:18.1.2 , configuring C++ program with cmake fails.
This will be built with Link-Time-Optimization.So, CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS has
"-flto".
Error is With below messages :

I checked /usr/lib/llvm-18/lib , updated package don't have
LLVMgold.so , this is LTO plugin with ld.gold .
Before 18.1.1 , this plugin exitsed.
