It was suggested by Mattia Rizzolo that XCA may build successfully against
qtbase5-dev instead of the specific Qt SQL library.
This is a bug that will remain open while this is investigated as to whether
this change works or not in the packaging. (Tests will be done offline before
being put into Salsa or Debian directly)
