man for ospfd shows the following (even in upstream cvs):

       -l, --log_mode
              Turn verbose logging on.

This isn't actually supported/implemented.

Filing the bug against the documentation as I don't believe it should be
in the ospfd as it is implemented properly in zebra.

Removing these lines from quagga/doc/ospfd.8 should suffice:
