As discussed in https://bugs.debian.org/1073791 and
https://bugs.debian.org/1072935 ,
I would like to drop packages around the ecosystem around shadowsocks-libev due
to upstream
abandoned the ss-libev codebase and moved to rust-based implementation.
Package shadowsocks-v2ray-plugin is abandoned upstream for 3 years, and it is a
leaf package in
the dependency tree. It depends on shadowsocks-libev, which is affected by
pcre2 removal.
As a result, please remove this package from Debian Sid/Unstable archive.
