has caused the Debian Bug report #1030510,

Seems https://buildd.debian.org/status/logs.php?pkg=mariadb&arch=s390x
has a pretty good track record since 1:10.11.3-1. There are not many
tests skipped and test suite passes repeatedly without random
crashes/timeouts. Thus declaring this issue done.
