Looking at the upstream repository (https://github.com/caronc/apprise),
I see that apprise changed from Expat to BSD-3-Clause (commit 429470d)
and then from BSD-3-Clause to BSD-2-Clause (commit 34e52e5), this happened
after debian/1.1.0-1, precisely in debian/1.4.0-1 and debian/1.6.0-1.
Please change the debian/copyright to reflect the current apprise license.
