Dear Debian meson package maintainer,
Your package build-depends on package cython-legacy, which does not support
Python 3.12 and is due to be removed. Please switch to cython 3.x (cython3)
if possible.
Upstream meson should have supported the cython 3.x series as well as the
Debian-specific /usr/bin/cython3 executable path, and thus a plain
replacement in the build-dependency list should be good enough. Of course,
please test it out before making a new upload. Let me know if you have
