Bug #1008427 was filled in 2022, a long time ago, and nbsphinx
has been fixed since not to need python3-ipython-genutils anymore.
This old package python3-ipython-genutils depends
on pytthon3-nose which itself depends on python-2to3
which has been removed from Python 3.13.
So please remove the python3-ipython-genutils to
help untangle this maze of old packages.
