Steps to reproduce:
- enter a KDE/Wayland session
- launch thunderbird with MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1
=> the thunderbird icon, in the top-left corner of the window or in the window
switcher is a generic Wayland icon, instead of being the thunderbid icon.
This is because the app_id is thunderbird-default, and it does not match with
the .desktop filename which is thunberbird.
