Hi,

openssl 3.3(.1) has a known issue with the installed pkg-config
files, causing build failures of depdendent packages like
pdns(-recursor). Basically, detection of the prefix used for
libssl.so is broken.

Upstream claims this is fixed by https://github.com/openssl/openssl/pull/24687
but I have not had time to verify this.

In the meantime I've added workarounds for #1078413 and #1078387 to
the respective patches (--with-libcrypto=/usr) but it would be great
if we could get rid of that again.
