Package: enigmail
Version: 2:1.5.1+id17-3~deb7u1
Severity: normal
Hello,
when composing mails that only contain ASCII chars, enigmail succeeds
signing the mails just fine. But when I write a mail that for example
only contains an "ü" in the body, the result looks like:

which is broken in two ways:
- the "ü" is substituted by ""
- the signature is broken; also if I undo the substitution above.
I enabled generating debug data, but the data created when sending
doesn't include anything I consider helpful. Tell me if you still want
to see it (or anything else).
Best regards
Uwe
